Speaker Bio:

Sony is currently a Senior Technical Product Manager at Ancera, a biotech startup where she’s leading the charge on AI/ML initiatives. An engineer turned accidental product manager, she brings a builder’s mindset to everything she does. Her career has spanned multiple continents and a wide range of technologies, from launching Huawei’s first low-cost handset in the U.S., to doing early Android platform work at Qualcomm—before most people even knew what a smartphone was.

At Telstra, she played a key role in building and scaling B2B data-driven SaaS products for enterprise and government customers with serious ROI and revenue wins.

Sony’s excited to share her journey in AI product management—from rapid prototyping and the importance of building early, to crafting effective prompt sets, evals and everything in between to help you navigate the unique challenges (and opportunities) at the intersection of product and AI.
