We’re one of the fastest-growing companies in the product management space and are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to further develop our online presence to help us make the product management field accessible to all.
About the Role
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, business operations, as well as helping the CEO execute her nonprofit mission of teaching entrepreneurship to kids from mid/low-income families.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy in partnership with the CEO to increase brand awareness and conversions
- Conduct competitive analysis and manage collaborations with channel partners
- Create graphics and develop content for our social media outlets including Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Conduct a/b testing of ads, content marketing campaigns, and website
- Conduct online community management, including facilitating engagements, creating community events, sending course reminders, answering alumni questions
- Conduct voice of customer interviews to identify unmet needs and create solutions
- Maintain and update marketing master calendar
- Proactively monitor performance metrics across all marketing channels (social media, email marketing, website) and implement solutions for improvement
- Manage PM Accelerator program operations, such as managing mentorship program, office hours, onboarding new students, creating community events
- Other tasks that delegated by the CEO
About You
Required Skills & Experience
- You are an entrepreneur by heart and you are looking for great responsibilities and rapidly growing with the company
- Experience in business operations and digital platforms such as Kajabi, Google Analytics, FB Ads, Slack
- Demonstrable social media management experience - we want to see accounts you’ve managed and content you’ve created, such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Have a growth mindset and like to stay current on digital marketing best practices
- Detail-oriented, no typo gets past you
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player that’s not afraid to dive in
- Last least 2 years of work experience in digital marketing
- Fluent in Google Suite and Zoom
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Email marketing and copywriting skills
- Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools
