Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities through various channels and proactively connect with potential clients provided by the company.
  2. Identify customer needs and pain points through thorough client consultation, introduce the program benefits accurately, and recommend suitable program products.
  3. Conduct presentations and negotiations, handle objections professionally, and ultimately close sales deals.
  4. Provide excellent after-sales service, patiently and enthusiastically answer customer inquiries, and continuously track changes in customer needs.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  6. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with the company's growth plans.
  7. Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to continually enhance sales skills and stay updated with the company's offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above; degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.
  2. Three or more years of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket items or educational product sales.
  3. Fluent in spoken English, experienced in conducting sales calls in English, and able to answer customer inquiries in both Chinese and English (our customers are from all over the world, including China, the US, India, Europe, and more).
  4. Experience in lead generation, client presentation, and negotiation. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. US, UK, Canada study background is desirable.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with people at all levels.
  7. Positive attitude, strong ambition, excellent self-management skills, and resilience in the face of challenges.
  8. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tech tools is a plus.

Salary Structure:

Base salary + commission + year-end bonus (Significantly above the market standard, with exceptionally high year-end bonuses based on performance)
